登録
オークションへの参加には事前の登録が必要です。オンラインまたは登録用紙での事前登録をお願い致します。

入札
オンラインでオークションにご参加の方は、オークションページにてご入札をお願い致します。書面で入札の方は、入札用紙に希望される落札額をご記入の上ご提出をお願い致します。(FAX: +81-3-3578-7060, Eメール address: info@kaigaiasia.jp)
金額の上がり幅は、5万円未満が5千円刻み、10万円未満が1万円刻み、20万円未満が2万円刻み、20万円以上は5万円刻みで行います。

落札
オークション終了時間をもって落札者が決定します。
落札者にはバードライフ事務局よりオークション終了後、4営業日以内にEメールにてご連絡を致します。

支払
落札価格、落札手数料（落札価格の5%）、消費税（落札手数料の10%）、配送料の合計が、お支払い金額となります。お支払いはSTORESより、決済ページをお送り致しますので、クレジットカード決済を（VISA、MASTER）お願い致します。請求書、領収書はSTORESからの発行のものに代えさせて頂きます。またお振込みをご希望の方は別途対応をさせて頂きます。請求書、領収書は電子版となりますことを予めご了承下さい。

配送料
国内運送費（保険料含む）につきましては、商品の大きさが縦横高さ三辺の合計が1m以内のお品は一品1,500円、1mを超えるお品は2,000円をご負担頂きます。実際の運送料との追徴返金は致しません。予めご了承下さい。海外への郵送につきましては個別に対応をさせて頂きます。なお、招待券のみご落札の場合、国内送料は頂きません。
また一部商品にご提供者様よりお送り頂くものがございます。その場合は別途ご連絡をさせて頂きます。

配送
お支払い完了後、速やかに商品を発送致します。
Information for Bidders of BirdLife Spring Gala 2020 Internet Auction

REGISTRATION
Registration is required to participate in this auction. Please complete your registration on-line or via fax/Email.

BIDDING
Bidders participating on-line can make a bid on the auction site.
Bidders participating through fax or Email, please use the form in the catalogue and send it to Kaigai Fine Wine Asia (FAX: +81-3-3578-7060, Email address: info@kaigaiasia.jp) by August 10th, 2020.
Standard bid increments are: JPY 5,000 for items under JPY 50,000, JPY 10,000 for items under JPY 100,000, JPY20,000 for items under JPY200,000, JPY 50,000 for items of JPY 200,000 and over.

HAMMER
Successful bidder and the hammer price are decided upon the closing time of the auction.
Successful bidder will receive email from BirdLife Office in 4 business days after the closing.

PAYMENT
The price payable will be the total of hammered price + buyer’s premium (5% of hammered price) + consumption tax of 10% on the premium + delivery fee.
BirdLife will send you email with payment site information for credit payment (VISA, MASTER). Bank transfer is also available upon request. Please note that invoice and receipt will be issued by STORES or prepared only in digital format.

DELIVERY
Shipping charge for domestic delivery (including insurance) will be JPY 1,500 for one item when the total of its length, width, and height is 1m or less, and JPY 2,000 for those more than 1m. Please note that we would not charge or refund the difference from the actual shipping cost. For international shipment, BirdLife operator will consult with you.
The item will be shipped after the payment is confirmed.
