STARTUP LADY免責事項

Startup Ladyは、Startup Ladyが主催するイベントにて撮影した写真/ビデオを参加者の許可なく使用することができます。Startup Ladyは、撮影した写真/ビデオを公開、または加工した素材を、ソーシャルメディア、パンフレット、招待状、書籍、新聞、雑誌、テレビ、ウェブサイト向けのコンテンツなどをStartup LadyまたはStartup Ladyと契約した第3機関によって制作、使用、出版することがあります。Startup Ladyの撮影を希望しない場合は、事前に書面または、口頭にてお知らせください。

Startup Ladyのイベント、大会に参加した際に起こった死亡、負傷その他事故、及び損失・損害などについては、主催者・イベント後援及び協賛社、各スタッフ関係者は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承下さい。

We reserve the right, to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by or partnered with Startup Lady, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Startup Lady may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Startup Lady or any third-party including but not limited to: social media, printed marketing materials, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. If you do not wish to have your photos/videos taken or shared, please notify us before hand in writing and verbally in person at the event.

Please be advised in advance; Startup Lady staff, sponsors and volunteer members are not liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, loss of property or damages incurred during any of our events or meetings.
